Meet the Team


  • Composer/Lyricist/Librettist

    Lexi Weakley is a New York-based musical theater writer. Lexi grew up in Los Angeles, California, and graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2022, where she studied Songwriting and Musical Theater Writing. Her most recent original musical, Elsewhere was a semifinalist in the O’Neill National Musical Theater Conference and SheNYC/SheLA. Lexi has self-produced multiple readings, workshops, and productions of her own musicals, including a live production of Elsewhere in Los Angeles, and two 29-Hour Readings for her most recent project Autopilot. Autopilot is in talks to be produced at an undisclosed regional theater in the summer of 2025. In addition to musical theater, Lexi composes contemporary Jewish music, and she has reached high acclaim, with her original melodies being sung all over the country. Lexi is also a producer on a developing documentary feature, “Again.” and a writer on a new screenplay, “Born In The Metaverse.”

Matthew is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College’s Musical Theater Program.

  • Music Director

    Jeremy Jacobs is a New York City-based music director, teaching artist, and pianist. Selected regional credits include May We All (The Rev), Come From Away (Theatre Aspen), We’ll Meet Again (National Tour), Jersey Boys, Always... Patsy Cline (STAGES St. Louis), the pilot production of Alice by Heart, RENT (The Beacon School), Patches: A New Musical, Peter Pan (Piknik Theatre), Urinetown, A New Brain (The Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University). Alongside music directing, Jeremy is an active teaching artist at various educational theatre programs across the country like TADA! Youth Theatre, A Class Act, and I Can Do That (New York City), and Piknik Theatre (Steamboat Springs); he also serves as the Music Director of the choral ensembles and theatre department at The Beacon School in Manhattan.
